5 D-ball Cleans, 100/70
1 Rope Climb, 15 ft

*Rest 5 minutes & repeat.

  • got 2 rds+12 reps, then 2 rds+11 reps. Did squat cleans with a 100# sandbag (no handles on it). Dropped a couple in the first round figuring out how to catch it.
