  • Odd minute: 3 Deadlifts at 80%
  • Even minute: 3 Bar Muscle-ups

    Did that because Monday I did 12×2 Deadlift EMOM @ 67% (320#) + 120# chain weight, so my hams and back needed a little recovery.
