What equipment do I need?
Most daily workouts can be done with a barbell and a pull-up bar. When workouts do require unique and/or expensive pieces of gear such as a rower, bike, GHD, etc...we always provide substitutions for people who do not have access to such equipment. No matter what, we’ve got you covered.
Our “Limited Equipment Option” is a daily workout requiring only a pair of dumbbells, a pull-up bar, a jump rope and a set of gymnastics rings or TRX bands hung from the pull-up bar. Don’t be fooled, limited equipment does not mean limited fitness.
How long do the workouts take?
Workouts are usually between 10 and 20 minutes in length. Some are shorter and some are longer. The daily warm-ups are usually 10-15 minutes in length. Every day we also post optional accessory work, as well as a cool down and some stretches. Our goal is to have you in and out of the gym in less than an hour...that includes the warm-up, the workout, and the cool down/stretching.

What does the Linchpin private track include and how much does it cost?
Our private track is only $10 a month with no long term commitment. It includes a subscription to Beyond the Whiteboard, which normally costs $8 a month by itself. You also get a detailed warm-up, a daily workout, a scaled workout, goal times/loads, movement demonstration videos, Limited Equipment Option (dumbbell workout), accessory work, cool down & stretching, instructional videos explaining all aspects of that day’s programming, access to our private Facebook group. All of this is delivered to your computer or directly to an app on your phone.
What does the Linchpin private track for Affiliates include and how much does it cost?
Our private track for affiliates is only $50 a month with no long term commitment. It provides a detailed warm-up, a daily workout, a scaled workout, goal times/loads, movement demonstration videos, Limited Equipment Option (dumbbell workout), accessory work, cool down & stretching, & instructional videos explaining all aspects of that day’s programming.
A key difference between the individual subscription and the affiliate subscription is the affiliate subscription delivers programming 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. The only Rest Day is on Sunday. The individual programming delivers 5 days of programming per week, with Rest Days on both Thursdays and Sundays. We understand most gyms are open 6 days a week and therefore we provide programming to accommodate this.
The owner of the gym (not all of the gym’s members) who sets up the affiliate subscription will get access to our private Facebook group. All of this is delivered to your computer or directly to an app on your phone.
Having your affiliate join the CF Linchpin private track is easy. You will need TWO subscriptions: a BTWB gym subscription, and a Linchpin private track subscription. The BTWB subscription grants you a gym on BTWB that you can add members to. The Linchpin subscription gets the Linchpin private track added to your gym’s BTWB subscription. It is much easier to do than it may sound and we will walk you through it...
Your gym falls into one of two categories:
- If you are the gym owner and your gym already has a BTWB subscription, then click here to join the Linchpin private track.
- If you are the gym owner and your gym does not have a BTWB subscription, first click here and signup to choose a package based on how many members of your gym you would like to have access to the Linchpin private track through BTWB. After you have selected a package, click here to join the Linchpin private track.
Whichever membership package you choose through BTWB will determine how many of your members will access to the Linchpin private track. All of the members in the package you choose will have access to everything in the private track...warm-ups, goal times or rounds, rx’d and scaled workouts, the limited equipment option, instructional and educational videos, optional accessory work, cool downs, stretching, etc.
Is there a heavy lifting session programmed each day?
No, and here’s why...
At CF Linchpin we do not have a strength-bias, nor do we have a gymnastics or conditioning-bias. We have a fitness-bias. More specifically, we have a long-term health and fitness-bias. We focus on improving all areas of the athlete equally, no single one is more important than another.
It has been our experience, both personal and as shared through the stories of hundreds of other people that strength-biased programming is not the most efficient and effective manner of developing fitness. The overwhelming majority of people need improvement in strength, gymnastics, and conditioning...aka, fitness.
Some people do believe that increasing strength will increase overall fitness, however, that has not been what experience has shown us. We have heard countless stories from our members who were previously on a strength-biased program, switched to CF Linchpin, started to pursue well rounded capacity, and saw not only their overall fitness increase, but their strength numbers as well.
It is also our opinion that many strength-biased programs are not only ineffective and inefficient at developing well rounded fitness, but are also potentially injurious to a large segment of the population. It is for these reasons and more that CF Linchpin focuses on long-term health and fitness. We want you (and your back, knees, and shoulders) to be fit, happy, healthy, and extremely capable for decades to come.

Click here and submit a request. We will verify that you are an active member of the CF Linchpin private track and then you will be given access.
What is included in the Private Track + Nutrition and what does it cost?
The "Private Track + Nutrition" option includes everything the "Private Track" does as well as nutrition education videos on CrossFit Linchpin rest days (Thursdays & Sundays) in the BTWB private track. These videos will be dedicated to topics regarding health, body composition, & performance.
Our goal with the Private Track + Nutrition is to help you take control of your eating. We want to show you a healthy way to eat which fits into your busy schedule & is sustainable not just for a few months, but for life. Long term health & fitness is what we want.
The nutrition portion of your CF Linchpin subscription is authored by EC Synkowski of OptimizeMe Nutrition. EC holds an MS in Nutrition & Functional Medicine & her company is dedicated to education: helping people understand the rationale for their nutrition choices. Just like our #brutuallyelegant approach to fitness, EC takes a no-nonsense approach to nutrition that focuses on a constant vigilance of doing the fundamental aspects well.
EC is very in tune with the CrossFit! She has been part of the community since 2006 including working as a CrossFit HQ seminar staff Flowmaster & Training Department Program Manager until 2017. She still coaches (currently at CrossFit Roots in Colorado) & holds the Certified CrossFit Level-4 Coach credential.
The "Private Track + Nutrition" is only $20 a month, which includes a BTWB subscription & their Macros tracking feature! If you are not fully satisfied you can switch back to only the "Private Track" subscription (& eliminate the nutrition info) or fully cancel at any time.
How do I update my payment information?
To edit your payment info you need to log into your account on the Beyond the Whiteboard website, not the app. From there go to your profile drop down menu and select "Subscription". From this page, select "Edit CC" Under your coaching program subscription.
How do I upgrade from the “Private Track” to the “Private Track + Nutrition”?
Upgrading your current subscription requires two easy steps. First, you will cancel your “Private Track” subscription. Second, you will sign up for the “Private Track + Nutrition”. It is simple to do and we will explain the process.
First, to cancel your current subscription simply log into your account on the Beyond the Whiteboard website from your computer, not the app on your phone. (www.beyondthewhiteboard.com) Click the drop down menu in the upper right. Click on "subscription". You can then choose to cancel your subscription.
Second, to sign up for the “Private Track + Nutrition” simply click on the link in this email. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the box that says “Sign Up” under “Private Track + Nutrition”. Be sure to use the same email address as did for the Private Track, that way all of your data with BTWB will transfer over.
I signed up, now what do I do?
All you need to do now is log into the CrossFit btwb mobile app. Download for iPhone here or Android here.
Log into your account, then click on the Today's WODs section of the home screen. Your Linchpin workouts will appear on your calendar.
I already have a BTWB subscription and I want to join the Linchpin private track. What do I do?
Since you already have a subscription to BTWB there are a couple of possibilities. If you have paid for a yearly subscription, just email us at info@CrossFitLinchpin.com and we can loop in a couple of great people on the BTWB support side. They will be able to stop your yearly subscription and get you on the monthly subscription for Linchpin.
If you don't have an annual subscription and you are doing a month to month with BTWB then you would simply cancel your current subscription and then sign up for the Linchpin Private Track. After you cancel your current subscription just be sure to use the same email (as your original BTWB subscription) when signing up for the Linchpin Private Track. This way all of your historical data with BTWB will transfer over.

How long does it take to get a t-shirt, coffee mug or something else I purchase off of your webite?
Once you place your order it can take 5-10 business days for the order to be fulfilled. This all depends upon how busy the print shop is. Once the order is fulfilled it will ship in accordance with the method you selected and you should receive a tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping on products?
Yes, but only on the Linchpin banner kits. Those kits ship internationally and no other items can be in that order.
None of our other apparel, mugs, stickers, etc ship internationally. If you are a member of the Linchpin Private Track you have access to our private facebook group. If you make a post in there and ask someone from the US to ship the item to you that has worked for members.
Also, many of our apparel designs are available through Rogue Fitness’ websites around the world. Perhaps the item you are looking for can be purchased that way?
